Recruitment at Brandpeak
We have developed a recruitment process that allows us to select marketing talents. Of course, the first stage is the selection of candidates based on their CVs. If you intend to apply to us, take care of your CV. Provide exact dates of employment with previous employers, but also describe your duties and tasks.
A good CV is not bad, and when you add a cover letter to it, you know that we will be more interested in your candidacy. Once your application documents pass our recruitment screen, we will invite you to your first online interview.
Brandpeak Agency — we start with an online meeting
During the first online meeting, we will ask you a lot of questions. Of course, we will also leave space for information about our company that is important to you. After, and sometimes already during, the online recruitment interview, we will invite you to the next stage, i.e., preparation of the recruitment task.
No matter what position you are applying to us for, recruitment tasks are a mandatory element for us and also allow us to select candidates for the next, final stage of the recruitment process in our digital marketing and PR agency, i.e., “live” interviews at our headquarters.
This is the last stage of recruitment, after which we select job candidates. Of course, regardless of the results of the recruitment process, we will notify you of our decision. Additionally, if you wish, we will also give you feedback on what determined the final result.
